Prostate Cancer Education Council (PCEC) launched the PACE Race Run/Walk Series in 2002 as a method to increase national awareness of prostate cancer.
PACE Race Series complements the PCEC's missions of offering free or low cost prostate cancer screenings across the nation as well as educating men, the women in their lives, and the medical community, about the prevalence of prostate cancer; the importance of early detection; and available treatment options. Proceeds from the Kirkland PACE Race will be donated to a local clinic to help provide free and/or low cost screenings. We are happy to provide the 2007 proceeds to UW Medical Center.
The Kirkland PACE Race is a production of LMents, Inc.
